Binaural Beats

Binaural beat frequencies. What are they? Well, if you have not heard of them, it is a sound beat that only occurs in your head. The binaural beat affect the subcortical auditory system of the brain. When listening to the sound for a few minutes, the beats will force a resonant entrainment effect which, in turn, induces areas of the brain to resonate at the same frequency. This effect induces altered states of consciousness.
