For those of you who feel highly pressured in today fast-moving high-tech society which is going though revolutionary phases the like of which we've never seen in the past, it is time to think about an alternative simpler lifestyle which can only do one thing, well, two things!: 1)improve your health, and,2)improve the quality of life. The Simple Living News Letter (Published Quarterly) and its associated guide claims to be resources for Less Stressful, More Joyful Living. This is a wonderful starting point should you decide to persue this goal. Once I have collected enough link on this subject, I will create a new section called "Simple Living."
