One of the best legal resource on the internet. Don't let the humour on the opening page fool you. This a gold mine for legal stuff from every perspectives. Enter the Rotunda and you will find multiple lounges, from the layman's lounge, up to the professional lounges. Like all good libraries, there is a reading room, a form room, an inner sanctum and much MUCH more. Like I said, this definitively belongs in the golden NEAT legal stuff.
