A Must-Have Program -- TuboNavigator  (see footnote)

Here is a FREE program that replaces the Window Explore (the file manager). I always felt that the present Window Explore was unfriendly, particularly when you needed to see two side by side directory to copy or move files. I have been using this program ever since it was offered by the author. It works in Windows 95,98,ME, and 2000.
